For 1.00–5.00 scale:
GWA = 1.00 + ((100 – Percentage) × 4.00 ÷ 40.00)

For 1.00–4.00 scale:
GWA = 1.00 + ((100 – Percentage) × 3.00 ÷ 40.00)
