GWA to Percentage Conversion Formula

For Philippine GWA (1.00–5.00):
Percentage = 100 – ((GWA – 1.00) × 40 ÷ 4.00)

For GWA (1.00–4.00):
Percentage = 100 – ((GWA – 1.00) × 40 ÷ 3.00)
